After you have selected a villa of your choice, we will place a hold on the villa for 48 hours and we will send you a booking agreement between you and the villa owner or property manager. The reservation will be complete once the advance payment is received.
For all villa bookings, your rental agreement will be with the villa owner or villa property manager. We will arrange the agreement between you and the property owner, and we will liaise if there are issues or concerns. In other words, our role is to facilitate the booking by providing you the best available offers.
Yes, there are villas that accept less than 7-day rentals. Send us your request and we will provide you with our available options even if your intended stay is less than 7 days.
In order to reserve your villa and prevent others from reserving your preferred villa before you, a deposit between 25-35% is necessary, depending on the villa owner’s terms. The deposit goes towards your total booking amount and is only refundable if someone else books the villa before you.
Unlike the Deposit, which is to confirm your booking, a Security Deposit is required in case of damages. Minor damages are frequent, major damages are rare but costly. If your group damages or breaks an item, the owner must deduct a portion of the Security Deposit. If the damage is greater than the Security Deposit, then the owner and your group must reach an alternative agreement. This is the standard.
If there are no damages, your Security Deposit will be wholly reimbursed to you within several business days.
Certainly there are refunds if the cancellation is within the terms of the Rental Agreement that you sign. Usually, cancellations that are more than 2 months before check-in are fully refundable. Although it varies from villa to villa, the general rule is that if there is a cancellation 2 weeks before the check-in date, there is 0% refund.
Most luxury villas have daily maid cleaning service and they change linens regularly. Other villas have maids every second or third day.
Yes, all of our listed villas have air-conditioning.
A lot of villas provide other inclusive services. For instance, many villas provide with a free airport pickup and usually with a free airport transfer upon check-out. Some villas also provide a chef.

Regularly local authorities restrict parties and special events because of loud music with professional speakers. This is why it is important to obtain permission from the villa owner before acting as it depends on the number of people and the anticipated damages there will be. If it is a small get-together, there is no problem with that as long as the number of people is not excessive.
